Sorry -I had been having trouble logging on -getting error messages. Even if the outcome of Sept 27 was as expected for them (I dont know if it was or not) they are apparently still finalizing sec negotiations (which their doj/sec attorney can concentrate exclusively on now) and were quiet as per attorney advice re BOTH of those items-as I previously reported Bob said he couldnt say anything and it was driving him nuts.
There have been quiet periods re certain things despite getting many types of communication from the company-and those quiet periods are because of games by shorters(ce) otc etc
and since they are in negotiations w various entities quiet periods are a normal part of negotiations re things pertinent to those negotiations. I've done negotiations myself and the best way to kill a deal is leaks during the course of such.
They have to deal w all the situations a regular business does like payroll, machinery, maintenance, suppliers etc and also since its a mining business, geologists and mining engineers etc who work in a fluid onsite micro and macro environment of exploration and application
and they also have to deal w a number of fluid negotiating environments-e.g negotiations w Bao re next shipment and shipping/ship size(w iron prices plunging in August a hoped for August shipment was delayed to attempt to get a larger ca 60k ton ship to reduce shipping by ca 15/ton,even though as a low cost producer they would be making a profit probably at any price we have seen),
further drilling and beneficiation plant possible negotiations w OMRI re onsite fertilizer processing plant to enhance fert value as publicly noted by CWRN in March
negotiations w Mex govt re ore at port -w time lapse caused by govt unprecedented series of extra audits for all iron exporters even AFTER new permit was issued-6-25-12 PR.
and re export license to the U.S in the midst of a Mexican govt transition after they learned Mex would require an iron permit for that, since the fert is higher in iron than anything else
CWRN noted publicly in March negotiations w 2? pellet plants and at the time 2 steel plants so that makes ca 9 possible simultaneous parlays(besides the legal)-which for hockey fans is the equivalent of 3 hat tricks
Also, like almost all low priced pennies they dont have specific people detailed to a PR dept-and they should run any PR's past the legal dept first-as any company should do. One of the reasons we have under promise since the ce is because non reg otc doesnt like any kind of self promotion by a company that doesnt have a current classification
Similarly, I think negotiations w sec have been delaying uplisting as well as the earlier SOP NDA w Bao-which I dont think is a factor now after the Apr 13 and June 25 PR's.
