Terms of this acquisition are as follows: Ms. Anndrea Hermann is appointed as the President for all operations of Hemp Technologies worldwide. Ms. Anndrea Hermann has been hired as long-term employee for Creative Edge Nutrition Inc. and will devote her time to the operation and implementation of Hemp Technologies Global and its subsidiaries. Hemp Technologies has been pledged a $4 million dollar capital infusion into the development of Hemp Technologies Global and its subsidiaries over the next two years. 15 million restricted shares have been issued to Hemp Technologies Ltd New Zealand.
