Spam is the same post twice (or more), in the same day, by the same person. Deletion under the context of spam, under any other circumstances would be yet another stifling of 'freedom of speach'. 5,000 people could post the exact same message once, the same day, and no IHub rule can legally be considered broken.

Just because 5,000 people all agree on the same thing does not mean 5,000 people have spammed anything. It just means 5,000 people all agree on the same thing, and this is where we can make a difference, be it 5,000, or 50.
