The meeting was held on February 26, 2014 in the Ministry of Energy & Mines ("MEM") northwest mines office in Smithers, B.C. One of the functional purposes of the RMDRC was to bring together multiple agencies to ensure that all authorizations for the project are identified and to provide guidance to the proponent (Highbank Resources Ltd.) regarding information requirements required by the statutory decision makers for these authorizations. Attending the meeting were Jill Pardoe, P.Geo., Senior Inspector of Mines-Permitting & Reclamation NW Region-Smithers; Bruce Graff, P.Eng, Inspector of Mines- Permitting; and Greg D. George, B.Comm.-First Nations Relations Advisor- Ministry of Forests, Lands & Natural Resource Operations ("FLNRO"). Conference call attendees included representatives from the Nisga'a Lisims Government; the Metlakatla First Nations; Mary Moran, Lands Officer -FLNRO; and Colin Parkinson, Navigable Waters Protection Area Officer - Transport Canada.
