As described in an 8-K dated December the 30, 2013 each unit was priced at $0.085 per unit and consisted of 1 share and a warrant to purchase one share for $0.15 per share for three years from the date of the original private placement. The balance of the initial terms closed on January 16, 2014 as agreed between the parties and the additional amount closed yesterday on January 28, 2014.
