And again, no one will tell you that they are going to sell a day ahead of time...I hope I do not have to explain why, but I will anyway. EX. Hey everyone I'm selling tomorrow so make sure you all sell today so my sell price/profit will be cut in half....get it yet? Plus if his shares are restricted then how did he sell, especially on a Sunday?
