Henry J, one can't build a respected brand of significant value by besmirching it in the eyes of the public through backhanded intrigue and sleazy manuveurs hammered down by the SEC, nor build shareholder value with self-serving apparently duplicitous share-selling schemes. If your goal is to wholly destroy the trust your investors and the public-at-large may bless you with, you have succeded in spades. It's now difficult to imagine how anyone who would entrust you with their chidren's piggy banks let alone their own hard-earned dollars. Isn't it time to stop fooling the investing public through charades?

Instead of self-destructing your brand, why don't you straighten yourself out and fly right? To this end, you could start by acting honorably, transparently, and in the best interest of those who invested their hard-earned dollars in extremely promising companies like SKTO who are 60% owned by your private equity firm. Or do you find perverse delight in incinerating a golden goose and sinking a mother sink on behalf of your unfortunate iequity investors?

Are you really the same man who wrote the following? In the end, a man has only his reputation. How do you want to be remembered, Henry?

"Building shareholder value has and will always be my number one priority. Over the next few months, you will see iEquity come to life. I have handpicked an extraordinary executive team. I have spent all of last year meeting patients, clinics, physicians, growers, programmers, attorneys, collectives, dispensaries, vendors, and building relationships and contracts in the Medical Marijuana space.

Everything we touch and roll-out in this space will be done with the intent of becoming a market leader. I cannot promise you that every aspect of this journey will be “smooth sailing.” However, I can assure you, that together, we can overcome any bumps and bruises, and have an extraordinary outcome."
