Rubicon and Peterson were IR for SK at the same time they were in league with AVNE, Lotus (Crystal confederate), and iequity -- who, from all appearances, were plotting a palace coup. Were the SEC to ban all of these people from direct involvement with public companies who would shed a tear? The investing public are fed up with characters like these.
