Realistic Targets for PRPM - Numbers Included
I am currently long on PRPM and personally like the direction of this company. I did some updated DD because of the $5MM infusion and the anticipation of share retirement. Here is what I found broken down:
1. Without Retirement but with $5MM infusion
Current P/S - $0.0015
EPS - $0.0001
EPS Ratio - 15.00
Net Income - $(239,727)
Mastiff Investment - $5,000,000.00
Net Income W Invest - $4,760,273.00
Valuation - $71,404,095.00 (Yes MIllion!)
Share Float - 2,461,467,187
Target - $0.0290
2. If 2BB shares are retired:
Share Retirement - (2,000,000,000)
New Float - 461,467,187
New Target - $0.155
So conservatively, this should be able to get to $0.029. If the retirement is 2BB shares, we should see $0.155 easy as the target. All the math is there for you to proof and can be found on any financial statement posted for PRPM using 2012 Net Profit as the (-239.7K). Looks great to me!
