(Pink Sheets:EMGE) (the "Company") is pleased to announce today there exists an agreement of sale executed on November 12, 2013 by its controlling shareholder for the Company control to be passed on to another controlling shareholder group, Clover Capital and Parcae Capital Corp. Per the agreement, it is the intention of the newly acquiring group, if and when the closing occurs, for the Company to file audited statements and file with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a fully compliant reporting entity and to effect an upgrade of its trading status above the current OTC Market stage.
