Auracle Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Auracle") is pleased to report that it has entered into an option agreement with Electra Gold Ltd. ("Electra") to acquire the Golden Ridge Property, located in southwestern British Columbia. The Golden Ridge Property is situated approximately 80 km northeast of Vancouver, BC. Auracle has also entered into a subsequent agreement with J.T. Shearer on surrounding claims.
