Before panic selling on Monday, consider this:
All stocks are essentially valued by their revenue and debt, which determines their marketcap. KMAG is debt-free with extremely attractive revenues.
For KMAG to fall to .0001, the marketcap would then be $75K.
For KMAG to fall to .001, the marketcap would then be $750K.
At .002, marketcap would be $1.5M
At .004, marketcap would still be a paltry $3M, which is less than the last quarter's revenues alone.
While it will be perfectly understandable for some to sell upon open on Monday, panic selling will likely be an emotional act of impatience at a price substantially lower than even the current KMAG greysheets situation dictates.
It has been almost 2 weeks since KMAG has traded. Selling at a considerable loss the first day trading resumes would be senseless. Waiting one week will likely be the difference between selling at a huge loss, and selling to break even.
Remember, wealth is the transfer of money from the impatient, to the patient, and a loss is usually not easily recovered.
Think, before you sell.
Nothing is EVER as bad as it is made to seem. Nothing!
KMAG will rebound, and will do it in far less time than purported.
