Ashame that the many voices of this board has no weight on the decisions management is making. I'm still pissed over the Crystal Falls settlement, We have Benz a international attorney and this settlement was the best he could arbitrate? Then this with AVNE, why or what benefit does this deal bring to shareholders? As Bells stated that Benz says deal is still going through.
After 16 days short of a year here, my account is still in the red. Banks paying 1.75% interest would have been a better investment at ths point instead of being down over 20+%. Where has management fulfilled their fudiciary duty to their shareholders? Strategically timed PR's thru - out last year enticed investors to buy and hold. They have a great business plan and have been rather slow in it's execution IMO. We have been promised transparency and yet we've received more secretcy. We didn't even find out about the AVNE from our own management nor about the merger Skto/Aegy from Skto's management team. As stated on last filings Allyn's duties were on a limited basis and that Art was the CEO. Someone else has stated that it is possible to have a great company is not reflected in shareholder value. I know with the influx of new companies entering into the sector 2/3rds are just scams. Yet those scam companies are bringing value to their shareholders. It's time to demand transparency and also demand shareholder value. If this means by cleansing management of all Hipple/Jan associates then so be it. Really, we have a Real Estate Agent/Broker running this company! Insane, and we seem to have to many Bosses and no workers so the lack of structure or command is hurting us in the eyes of the market. Until we have well respected leaders experienced in running something like a fortune 500 start up we will continue to remain stagnate. Come on management all these self inflicted wounds must stop, the infection is killing us in the market place! We don't need bandaids we need amputation of limbs that are infecting us.
