Well you ask a great question. I don't see any way we actually get rid of him completely. The iEquity company structure would provide insight on who controls iEquity and we know that'll stay top secret (are they sophisticated enough to have a real board?). So then how do we get rid of him, Artemus, Barrera, and of course Hipple? I have no idea. I think we are stuck. I'd like a professional mea culpa suicide note self banishing the evil Pennywise clowns from any business decisions. Even if the SEC were to give Henry the Hipple sentence, we know from the auditor resignation that Hipple never left completely. Henry and Hipple aren't going anywhere. If you and I own a private company and we both quit, what happens to the good people that work for us? My mock PR was me amusing myself but I think we are stuck with Pennywise management.
