The Company generated revenues of $1,873,476, more than double that of last years' first quarter with a pre-tax profit of $474,021 and net income of $296,815 or $.03/share. CEO Brian Pappas attributes Creative Learning's stellar quarterly performance to a substantial increase in interest from franchise seekers as a result of increased marketing expenditures, recognition from Entrepreneur Magazine as the #1 Children's Enrichment Franchise in the country, strong performance of the Company's franchisees, increasing demand for Bricks 4 Kidz(R), internationally (now in 22 countries), and increasing franchise sales from Challenge Island(R).
