Card Activation Technologies (Pink Sheet: CDVT)- As disclosed in Card Activation's press release of December 10th, 2012, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals found all claims of the company's patent invalid. Management, Advisory Board and Counsel have met and determined that no additional appeals can be reasonably taken. No further enforcement activities can or will be taken concerning the patent. As the patent was the only asset of the Company, Management and the Advisory Board are working with Lawyers, CPA's and Vendors, to resolve outstanding debts, obligations and the future of the company.
