First Retail Shop Inventory Shipment - California Grapes International, Inc.
California Grapes International, Inc. (OTCPINK: CAGR) announces today that it has shipped the first container for initial inventory its retail store in Beijing.
“CGI” has completed the consolidation and has shipped the first container for inventory of its retail location in Beijing. The shipment consisted of 198 unique SKUs. Of the wines included, “CGI” has added over 20 new wineries for market testing in the order that we look to place inventory orders with soon. The wineries included in this shipment that will be made available for retail sales are as a direct result of our first market testing in 2011. Those wineries include (in no particular order);
Grace Patriot Surh Luchtel Igneous Alpen Cellars
Lava Cap Ladera Andrew Lane Martinelli
Russian Hill Pali Wine Company Verve Andretti
Fiddletown Cellars Peltier Station Scott Harvey Core
Schug Oakridge Boeger Bumgarner
Di Arie Chateau Julien Madrona Vineyards Robledo
Marr Cellars Emerald Bay Keller Estate Miraflores
Andrew Murray Back Story Dry Creek Vineyards JK Estates
Thomas Fogarty Findleton Estate Lucas & Llewellan Queen of Hearts
Clos La Chance Saddleback Cellars
Of the wineries we are shipping identified as “market samples”, we should begin to see higher percentages of positive results as the selection process domestically has a more solid understanding of the markets initial interests. The wineries that are included for market testing will not be identified until they have gone through the “CGI” market testing process and a selection and order has been placed.
“The California Wine Industry is missing an export solution that can effectively and efficiently develop international business. We hear this everyday and as our suppliers start to gain a better understanding of the value brought to them by CGI, we have new wineries contacting us for market testing every week! Our goals for the supplier representation will easily exceed our targeted projection of 400 by the end of 2012 and as the wineries become more excited, we see a greater level of support and desire to participate directly in the international market.”
