Q: What are the chances that Brandon Caffrey will be able to secure a license to grow in Washington? Is there any reasonable way to estimate when the license will be procured?
How can (or will) Luxuriant position itself to achieve a competitive advantage for procuring producer and retail licenses in different states? Especially given that states may be using lotteries, since they are receiving many times more applications than they plan to issue licenses for? For the franchise plan, how will Luxuriant differentiate itself and achieve a competitive advantage over other stores and chains of stores?

Luxuriant Holdings: Im preparing a full statement on the share structure as it is a main point of interest by shareholders.

Q: DO you already have a planned day for your April store???

Luxuriant Holdings: Dwayne we will update MaryGens progress in about two weeks. It is ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) which is a suite of integrated applications used to store and manage data from every stage of operation (seed to sale, which is the standard regulation by states and we will assume federal also when legalized). All phases of an organization, and as a bonus we will be adding standards used by current pharmaceutical companies to meet FDA and DEA regulation and oversight.

Q: When will filings all be up to date? What is status of retirement of shares?
How will you build shareholder confidence and value? How soon will the ticker be changed?
As mentioned in an update, will you be doing a linkedin style profile picture?

Vortex Water Pipes: Thank you for you comments. I know Luther is going to address many of these issues in a future post. Give us a few days to continue implementation of the business plan, and update everyone on the progress thats being made.

Luxuriant Holdings: Allen filings are current as you can see at otcmarkets.com. We are a pink sheet or otc reporting company. We started on this endeavor around teh beggining of last month so iy will be months before the fruits of our labor are seen in filings. Share structure will be covered tomorrow in under its own topic as it is a focal point. Their is a picture in my linked in account now. I will update them all on monday with better quality pictures. Weve submitted the symbol change could happen any day. We will continue with our plan my early read is that we are a smashing success, if I stopped taking correspondence from interested parties today I have enough prospects on my desk to keep us overloaded for six months.
