("Appiphany") (OTCBB: APHD) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a European based independent film production company to fund and produce a series of cartoons based on Appiphany's MMA Animals TM. The initial agreement outlines the basis of the working relationship between Appiphany and the independent film producer for financing the projects and will lead into further agreements governing production and distribution. The funding is going to be dependent on Appiphany passing a due diligence process in order to receive HMRC tax credits. These tax credits will provide the incentive needed to get the series funded. The due diligence process is currently underway.
