(TSX VENTURE: ANG) ("Angel" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, by Resolution number 130HX-1304-6434 of April 22, 2013, the Colombian environmental authority Corporacion Autonoma Regional del Centro de Antioquia - Direccion Territorial Hevexicos "CORANTIOQUIA" issued the Water Concession needed to drill Buritica West. By receiving the water concession, the Company completes the permitting process to drill the property.
