If, and I say IF, things continue to roll out somewhat smoothly and orderly, with buildings 3, 4 and maybe even 5, 6 or more are built out with the full compliment of PHOT grow equipment in each building by using the revenue from the ever increasing larger and larger harvest from the expanding grow business...... There will come a time when the cash/profits are rolling in to where ALL expenses are covered with an ever increasing surplus of money/profits will start accumulating, to a hopeful point where we will need a NEW PROFIT VAULT installed to just store the 80-87% profit margin the green GOLD is valued. It would be during this time, perhaps 2-3 years down the road that FITX will need to decide whether to start paying dividends to the shareholders with the surplus funds or to initiate a share buyback program from the open market. Either way, this will be a GOOD problem for FITX management to have to work on.
I personally would rather see surplus FITX profits when no longer needed to continue building the grow operations (notice the plural operations) to be used in a share buyback, perhaps 500 million - 1 billion shares over a predefined time period and have the shares cancelled as they are bought off the open market, whereby decreasing the authorized shares/outstanding shares and at the same time increasing shareholder value for the remaining shares (authorized shares/outstanding shares). In this example, the second that FITX announces a planned share buyback we shareholders would also see a PPS increase as investors factor in a smaller float.
Right now this is all pie-in-the-sky, but as the continuously increasing harvest and sales ramp up to something even close to 100 million, 200 million or hell a 5 billion dollar industry, it becomes less and less pie-in-the-sky and more and more a real possibility.
