I think it very possible that we may not only have dodged a bullet but that this may prove to be the much needed catalyst to get rid of the folks who are here for all the wrong reasons.  In the end good will prevail.  We shareholders need to do what we can to make sure that management cuts ties with any swindlers, protects our precious assets and introduces GoldNApel and their amazing work to the world.
