(OTC:AIVN), announces that it has secured a four year property rights lease, with option to purchase, a 2 bedroom fixer house, water well and swimming pool located on 24 hectares of property that connects to the 10 hectares already leased by AIVN for its mining campsite. The house sits right next door to the 1920 historic stamp mill on AIVN's property. The property furnishes AIVN with an abundance of water from a natural spring and AIVN will now install a large reservoir to hold a minimum of 2 million gallons of water on the property for its mining operation as part of its development plans for the Motherlode project and wash plant requirements.

The Company has successfully obtained access and property rights, plus a mining concession at the El Alamo mining district and will finish road and plant construction for production startup on approximately 30 hectares or 67.5 acres of prime leased mining property, 10 of which was recently leased by the Company and the other 20 hectares is being lease optioned to purchase for three years from the current owner who has already granted the Company access to the mining site.
