Agree I dont see Jan giving up the company he help

Agree I dont see Jan giving up the company he helped start, i know he failed with his previous HOTI business and has made some weird moves lately and a questionable one pending, I see this as him having his redemption, it gonna take some time but if he finally gets this merger done il give him his due. I think they need to get a top notch CEO though, Mayor can go back to president or whatever. Barerra although hes a BOD, but he hasnt done anything, put him in a lesser role perhaps.
