I still don't understand why anyone thinks BGL has

I still don't understand why anyone thinks BGL has even a 0.0000000001% chance of winning this action which is clearly dead any way.

Everyone reading this board now knows that only a Mexican registered company can own any part of a Mexican natural mineral resource , even just part of it.

Even Tumi Resources who had previously contracted with MSJ for the same deal - 60% ownership of Cinco Minas, knew that, and have registered a Mexican subsidiary to own their Mexican holdings.

So simple.

The Claims total 356 hectares and are located in the Jalisco silver belt about 100 kilometres northwest of Guadalajara,  Jalisco State, Mexico."
