Wow, let me say, a bunch of excellent posts. Really opens your eyes to appreciate what the staff at Baltia HQ are going through. Thanks guys, and thanks Tesla for the really good inside understanding of the documentation, how they work, and what is involved.
I will differ with you on this point though: Igor is the founder and the CEO, and Baltia was his original dream - but he is not "the owner". When he decided to go public and solicit capital to support his dream, he exchanged little bits of the ownership of Baltia in exchange for funding. Those little bits are called shares. You and I and everyone else that have BLTA shares are all owners of Baltia - some more than others - but we are all owners. Now, I will grant you that Igor, as an individual, has the greatest percentage of ownership, but truth be told - enough of the big guys get together and as corporate structure goes, they can dictate a great deal of the workings of Baltia Airlines.
That goes back to the age old argument I have had with Barry over the years: every time I say that we shareholders deserve to know what is going on with our investment, Barry would tell me that Baltia is "Igor's baby".....after which I would remind him that the company belongs to the shareholders. LOL - where has that gotten me so far. Mushroom politics - we are still kept completely in the dark and left to guess amongst ourselves about every little aspect and about every little thing that is going on.
The best part - I think most of us are in agreement in that by late summer/early fall/late fall the latest - all of this agravation that we have experienced all these years will be paying off for everyone who stuck it out and everyone involved.
