Right. The SEC has no authority to inspect private iequity's books. However, if their investigation of AVNE finds violations of security laws or other wrongdoing in relation to IP transfer and/or iequity's sale of AV Labs to AVNE, in which company iequity is a stakeholder, the SEC could recommend an investigation of iequity to an appropriate jurisdictional legal authority be it state or federal.
