Company Announces a New Product, the Successful Launch of Its Online IT Service Company and Further Plans for the Legal Marijuana  Industry

MANALAPAN, NJ--(Marketwired -  Mar 7, 2014 ) - MEDIFIRST SOLUTIONS, INC. (OTCQB: MFST) would like to take this opportunity to keep its shareholders updated about ongoing company developments. The 11-1 vote by the House Subcommittee on Criminal Justice was the first time in modern history that the Florida Legislature voted to approve any marijuana related product. LEGAL MEDICAL MARIJUANA--
Medifirst Solutions, Inc. and CEO Bruce Schoengood is pleased to announce that it has begun discussions with IMD Companies, Inc., (OTC Pink: ICBU) and Chairman Richard Wilson to explore joint ventures and business affiliations. Commented CEO Schoengood, "IMD and Mr. Wilson offer superior services and technology and management with a wealth of experience. As previously announced, Medifirst has filed for two publication trademarks "Marijuana News & Report" and "Colorado Buds" and both applications have been completed and processed and can be viewed on the USPTO website. Medifist will be filing a publication trademark for a Florida magazine which will be announced when the filing is completed.

NEW PRODUCT: ZEOLITE SOLUTIONS--
In addition to the just announced Atmospheric Water Solutions which creates pure drinking water from air, Medifirst is pleased to add a new health and wellness product; Zeolite Solutions from Empire Fresh. To be featured at our booth for the IECSC show  March 9th at the Javits Center. Medifirst is pleased to announce that with the acquisition of Consumer Resources Consultant's Inc., a Florida based remote IT company and the new addition of the Atmospheric Water Solutions machines, it has seen a dramatic increase of revenue which will be reflective on its Q1 2014 financials.
