I am under the impression that the news we got today through amended Q's and lawyer opinion statements is the best type of news we can get as it is news from Jeff regardless.  He is now having his team, soldiers if you will, take the fight, which is what a good CEO should do.  I think, at this point the PR's to us need to wait until he has most if not all of the answers.  If we fall back into the same channel of half answers and reports that do not satiate us or leave us to more questions, it will have the same affect for those looking to keep KMAG down.  In light of that, I think Jeff is doing the proper thing and keeping this affair on the down low and going through the proper channels to get this affair done.  Was I one who was calling for news, yes, I was.  Was I one who was initially angry and concerned, yes I was, but I've digested it now and am beginning to see a developing strategy and I like it.
