Wily, I really have no idea about that site, I don't know that it looks like a new order site for GotVape, it could be, but I have no clue. It does have a label on the upper left, "Official Retail Distributor" and on the "Warranty" page the printed text below appears,

so it appears as if it is a site created by Lazyazzdaddy who has posted on the RFMK boards and is a bull on the stock, I am guessing a long. You could be right too about GotVape distribution website because all of the ads in rotation on the site are ads for GotVape.com.
I just never heard about this site from any official source from the company or the CEO so it took me by surprise. If it is a new distributor website for the CannaCig then that is great, it looks very nice and professional. I just wish Mr Allinder would mention something about it by name so we all know what the deal is. I agree, I hope someone clarifies this for us, officially (shareholder update). Who knows about PRs, I think when the company has something new for us they will PR but I think tactically timing the PRs to instigate stock movement should be a thing of the past. We have developed a nice base of longs and we are all in it for the long run fundamental success of the company, the stock will follow over time. I agree fully with the CEOs intention of allocating the shareholder updates to provide us with new news about ongoing efforts and developments that are forward looking and will happen in the future, while PRs are for realized achievements. So any PR should only state what HAS HAPPENED, already, like a confirmation that success has been achieved on a business action and/or event. I think for the 10K, it should just be a filing that pops up, filed with the SEC, and then what would be nice is a shareholder update afterward just noting that it was filed and next steps (audit, etc), a PR is not needed for that corp action, that would seem juvenile, IMO. I myself would like to hear about when exactly the corp can begin expecting the $50k per month financing and how it will be spent initially, expected CannaCig shipments and orders, etc (shareholder update). Otherwise, I think RFMK is really well on its way and doing well. Strong businesses and companies are not built overnight and if its rushed it is no good, but too long and momentum falls off, so there is a balance with the timing. I think management has developments well in hand. The stock is another story, but if we can ever get it off of the pink sheets exchange then I would think it would heal over time naturally.
