If you only access iHUB with a web browser in Privacy mode. They wouldn't be able to see where else you are going. Those cookies are only stored until you exit that mode. All the major browsers have privacy mode these days. Having the IP address doesn't do much any web server / site will record the IP address you are coming in on. You IP address is always changing on the internet unless you have a static IP address which would be rare for residential internet. So they really can't track you reliably just on IP address. They need the cookie to tie it all together.
You would want to delete your existing cookies to ensure that they don't have one in our regular browser. (Warning some sites gmail, facebook, etc use cookies for login information it might require you to relogin.)
