If you read the comments on the Hub, you will see that there are a lot of day traders there, at least as many who are day traders as there are who buy and hold. On the hangout, it appears to me that most of us are longs.
This is, of course, why you see the pps rise to a certain height....then plateau...and then drop down. The day-traders are waiting for the cycle to hit its peak, and when they see it level off, they then sell and take their profits. The day traders then wait for the valley, buy up more, and wait for the cycle to repeat.
When you ask "who would sell BLTA at these way undervalued prices?", I'm willing to bet 90% of the time it is the day traders and those who have fallen prey to the daytrader's deceit.
I understand the guys who day trade are "making a living", but if you truly think about it, the way they earn their keep is pretty much at someone else's expense. They need someone to give up and take a loss so that they can make a gain. That is why, when push comes to shove, they often times distort the truth - and they sure as hell know that they are doing it - but they want someone to finally give up and take the loss so that they can gain.
I like the thinking of the longs better. With the long's philosophy, we all make money when the company moves forward and becomes successful.
Unfortunately, the day trader may start out noble, but after a while they realize that they need to generate volume......and that is when the dark side kicks in. That is when they begin to search out "facts" and twist and distort them to their own advantage.
Yes.....they think they are smart and shrewd and cunning, but we longs simply look at them as scumbags....and we fight them and try to disprove their distorted "theories".
After all......our goal is to see the pps climb and climb and climb.....and their goal is to see the pps cycle as often as possible (high and low)......and most times they resort to deceit to get this to happen.
It is a shame that Baltia has never given the longs the ammunition that they need to combat the "bashers".
Day traders do play a dirty little game.....but realize that they are here, and that the game is being played, and that there is not too much we longs can do about it.
Also be glad that at this stage in the game, as Baltia moves further and further through the certification process, each rise and fall will occur at ever increasing levels, and like a staircase, BLTA's value will ultimately climb higher and higher.
