The SK PR states Aventura has received "the rights

The key phrase appears to be "have already been developed."
The PR goes on to say: "The announced agreement/transfer does not permit Aventura to license others to use this intellectual property. In addition, the agreement announced by Aventura Equities does not cover future intellectual property developed by Berkeley Bio which will inure to the benefit of SKTO unless otherwise agreed."
linkedin" "In 2011-2012, Gold co-founded BerkeleyBio-Organic Research Laboratories with his partner, Charles Apel, Ph. D."
Thus, there seems to be a divide between what GoldNApel developed before they were BB, and what GoldNApel developed as BB, formed in 2011/2012. SK bought BB. However, their IP that was not developed at BB per se arguably may not have been included in said purchase. Did BB transfer their IP to AV Labs?
This is why we as shareholders and the markets need clarification. You're right. It would be good if BB were to explain what is what in regard to this IP transfer.
