You and I may agree on that, but the markets may not be assuaged until certain questions are answered. Who is the licensor{s}? What is the disposition of the IP now that AV Eq has fallen. SK is the sole and exclusive licensee, hence, the questions and their answers are apropos. The BB comment was made before AV Eq's fall from grace, so to speak.
