"In terms of your question regarding petcoke, it is no more of an issue
now than it's ever been for us."
This should have been dealt with before building the plant, or else clearly defined as an R&D plant with the obvious risks to investors. Commercial operation should never have been promised unless this issue was figured out (engineered).
