Another crummy low-volume day. The market, it is said, hates uncertainty, and the fall-out from the AV fiasco arguably introduced additional elements of uncertainty. The AV matter also highlighted the uncle in the attic. That linkedin screed seems less convincing now, and the market may harbor notions uncle has reverted to type. I doubt whether any long or any prospective long wants to puzzle about what SK exactly owns and lays claim to and what it exactly doesn't. The market, to be sure, hates uncertainty. BB could help clear away some of the ambiguities to the extent permissible. They are stakeholders in SK, too. At some point, a shareholder letter from Allyn, calming the waters and shedding focused light on the issues, would be more than welcome.
