On the surface of the ammended quarterly it looks

On the surface of the ammended quarterly it looks as if Reid is fixing some of the flagged items that may be under scrutiny. Most of it is minor as far as I can see. To even do so and submit the fililng is a huge step in the right direction. I know on the other board that the doomsday machine is out in force saying that this filing does not fall under the auspices of the SEC or need to be filled with the SEC, but to think that the SEC does not have its investigative team all over any statements issued by the company is utter blindness. I'd be willing to bet that the SEC will review all documents by a company that is suspended and will more then likely demand that any statements or finanacial information be submitted to them within a suspension period, otherwise why suspend and investigate.
Business as usually with the negative agenda over on the other board and a decent shred of light on potential sticking points in this investigation of KMAG. The tunnel may not be as long as many of us originally thought, IMO.
