This is interesting and I like it, DUTV was mentioned as a presence in South Africa in 2009 and TORQ last year,  and if Garry's network is dark over their then possibly DUTV is some of the strands they are wishing to light. Nice find and need to keep an eye looking that direction for a bit. End of March is coming soon.
