MDHI News Medical Alarm Concepts to Begin Sales

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Sept. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQB: MDHI.PK), today announced it has signed a strategic marketing relationship with Smart Monitoring of Dublin, Ireland. Under the terms of the marketing agreement, Smart Monitoring, which is one of the largest alarm monitoring operations in Ireland, will market and offer monitoring services for the company's MediPendant™ personal medical alarm throughout Ireland.

Medical Alarm Concepts is beginning to realize considerable success in expanding distribution outside of the United States. The company recently began shipments to a strategic marketing partner in Denmark, and is currently in negotiations with additional distribution partners in several other countries.

The MediPendant's software technology is very flexible and is fully capable of voice prompt programmability in many different languages. All of the MediPendant's are bilingual and are selectable by the network operator between English and Spanish, but can also be re-programmed in any other language. This advanced feature is very attractive to potential partners outside of the United States, especially those in areas where more than one language is spoken by those in the local community.
