No Americo I live in the direct opposite location to the FITX build site. I'm in New Mexico directly on the border with Mexico. Regarding the fence, hell dude they have crews out there freezing weather making it happen. All I can say is it looks Hell or high water won't prevent them to get this thing up as fast as possible.
