Wow Westcoast why the hate? Over the top response IMO. I'll assume you're off the meds today. I'm saying those trucks are all over the place. Each is parked near where outdoor work is being done. The "cargo" could be materials for the outside construction. They just look to randomly apary for a convoy that came in unloaded and would move out to do the next job they were assigned. BTW - I'm all for work be done on the inside, I HOPE those trucks are full of Lights, it's just MY OPINION they are not. Peace Out WCB.
