I was looking at that but the image from Micro Paint doesn't have a URL which it appears is required to post pictures here. AH!
Anyways, for whomever examined this picture. Those appear to be (4) cargo trucks. Maybe they are setting up inside with electrical, security and software. 2 of the 3 for licensing.
