I think he would win that case, but how would he pay for it? Airport deals? That would be better than a split, but that also means we don't see that money on the bottom line for a while.
Now if he did pay for it without a split, or found a "i get money only if you get money" type guy, and won?
As long as he retired those shares like he said he intended to, plus bought back a small amount, this thing would be up at 2¢ or more. But that would be like.....a year. Or maybe a little more :/
I think he should just give Collins a flat check for those shares and move on. Even though he doesn't need to, it would be faster and cheaper than the laywer route. And better for us. Of course, if he paid without splitting.
Again, I don't think he wants to split. But pride and stubbornness may prevail. Which would suck.
