My theory on the silence from the CEO and the curr

Samblis gave all those shares to the Rev. After the breakup, he was supposed to give them back. I bet he didn't. I think Samblis, in a big eff you to the Rev, said "fine, won't give them back? Watch them go down to nothing then" the Rev decided he'd rather have nothing and force Samblis to split the stock.
I don't think Samblis wants to split it.
Court cases pending, neither budging, some MMs see that Samblis is holding onto the majority, Collins is holding onto a big chunk, loyal shareholders are locked in on a bunch, and so the large float, is actually NOT a large float.
So they suck up weak holders that just want out, grab a decent percentage, and BOOM. This this skyrockets from hardly any pressure at all. They could take $200,000 and make it $1,000,000 really really fast.
That's my take. Two kids who won't play ball, won't share the ball. So a bigger kid comes, take the ball, kicks it and says, "that was fun, but now I'm done, if you can find it, it's yours again"
