yes a forum that lacks honesty, integrity, & transparency. you answered one of my numerous (about 40-60 I'd say) questions and LIED TO ME/US. I asked if we diluted in order to acquire go charts. you said "THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DILUTION GOING ON". now we find out we gave up 150 million commons plus preferreds to boot for go charts. was it an oversight or do you not understand what dilutions is ?

you too Kerry but do us s/h a favor. spend more time accomplishing something with pvec than time out here getting crushed.

you can still change the pvec facts going forward. you'll always be the one who lied about dilution & ignored about 50 of my questions (nice transparency btw) in the past.
