BIRMINGHAM, Ala., March 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Butler Snow has expanded the firm's Birmingham office as 19 attorneys join the firm, bringing the total number of attorneys in Birmingham to 24 and nearly 280 firm-wide.

Last month Butler Snow announced a significant expansion of its Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Practice Group with five attorneys joining the firm in Denver and four joining in Atlanta and Macon, Georgia. The firm also expanded into New York recently with the addition of Stanford G. Ladner , also a member of the firm's Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group who joined with David M. Cohen , a member of the firm's Product Liability, Mass Tort and Environmental Group .
