NEWTREE GROUP (01323.HK) places 40M shr to LOUDO

NEWTREE GROUP (01323.HK)  -0.210 (7.292%)  announced that pursuant to the Placing Agreement, the Placing Agent agreed, on a best effort basis, to procure not less than six Placees to subscribe for 40,000,000 Placing Shares. At present, the Placing Agent has identified one Placee, Mr. Lau Yu, to subscribe for all the 40,000,000 Shares. Accordingly the Company and the Placing Agent entered into a supplemental agreement on 14 June 2013 after trading hours of the Stock Exchange, to revise the term of the Placing Agreement such that the Placing Agent shall procure one or more Placee(s) to subscribe for the Placing Shares instead of not less than six Placees.

Mr. Lau Yu, a Hong Kong citizen, is the executive director of Loudong General Nice Resources (China) Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 988)
