2- THE SUBSIDIARY SPINOFF involving a PRIVATE MMJ ACCESSORY COMPANY - connected to Chris Chiari-Gelpid- IS DEFINITEY PROGRESSING and FINALIZING- as FINAL term NEGOTIATIONS exchanged as per PR -and the lawyers are finishing up the Colorado Subsidiary filing. There was no reason for selloff! This is the subsidiary deal involving Chiari's private MMJ Accessory company .
3- CEO Shea refers to GDSM decision to also enter into he MMJ sector by offering REAL ESTATE OPTIONS- such as Acquisitions/Construction and /or leasing of property etc to TURN KEY GROW ROOMS and potentially other MMJ Accessory Shops/ Dispensaries. I hope he comes out and makes this more clear. This is in ADDITION to the Subsidiary spin off deal ! This is new business developments he has discovered.
The tweets today were twofold;
1- Shea made it clear all things are will definitely still a go with the Merger with the Private MMJ Accessory company and they are in final/ very sensitive negotiations which usually include, ownership rights, shelf offering and dividend rights for shareholders that's take a some time to iron out. But- they are doing it and clearly with Shea checking out Grow room area and properties for MMJ accessory sales and developments etc. things are moving along great .
2- Shea made it clear GDSM isn't trying to own and run a Dispensary. He mentioned Colorado rules that don't allow a public company to own them. He was clarifying.
HOWEVER- he intends to work with them, offer than real estate options - and also- OFFER THE AWESOME PRODUCTS of the merging in private MJJ ACCESSORY company ---
IT IS MY OPINION, that the market got caught up overreacting on a poorly worded PR and a calculated bull raid that has brought us again to another HIGHER LOW on the chart. I'd hope the market RE reads the press release and understands the CEO made it clear Subsidiary for private MMJ company underway- looking to rest .0024 tmrw or better with more transparency.
I'd like to see some immediate confirmations here as our CEO must now step out of MAKE CLEAR the valuable acquisition that is definitely still being finalized and awaiting last intricacies.
