I traded out of it a week before the debacle and one day before what I thought would be a delay in the closing of an enormous deal.  My hunch was correct, the stock took a beat down, and recovered days later, only to be suspended.  I could not, nor would not allow over 20K in profit to sit on the table.  That was a deal or no deal I was taking and as luck (or bad luck) would have it, this took place.
