PHOT is an equipment company, before all else.
They sell equipment in 7 brick and mortar stores
They sell equipment on 2 websites, Greners.com and 58hydro.com
They sell equipment to Fusion Pham to use in their pods
They are selling equipment to CEN Bio to run the largest and most advanced marijuana facility in the world
They are selling to LEAF Aspen to equip their grow operation in Colorado.
That's lots of equipment sales, much of the above subject to an exclusive equipment provision where GrowLife is the exclusive equipment dealer for a period of years.
Even better, sometimes, as terms of the equipment loan , GrowLife takes a slice of the revenue and/or ownership. (See CEN Bio, RXNB)
What will the details of the LEAF Aspen deal be? Anxiously awaiting the 8k but cannot see any terms that are not very favorable to PHOT, based on existing leverage and the blueprint of what it cost CEN Bio.
